Heading, descriptive text and a colourful or evocative image for the intro-link. This links to—dedicated destination page with up to five further images and text— extracts taken from the Visitor Guide or tailored text to promote your region. e.g. what can a family do and see in a week? Attractions?
• Register as a trade member - do this by emailing a request to become a trade member to sales@planningaholiday.co.uk - Within 48hrs you will receive a reply with full login details.
• Agree to Terms and Conditions, provide invoicing, email & contact details for the ‘response handler’s’ to send names and addresses for those requesting brochures (the responses).
• Keep an eye on response numbers received—set cap if preferred.
• We will send an Invoice each month at 65p pence-per-response rate + VAT—total invoice amount payable by electronic transfer (BACS) - to be received within 30 days. (Any account not settled within this timeframe will deactivate until funds are received)
• When your desired cap has been reached, log-in and de-activate your listing.

BROCHURE SERVICE
The names and addresses of people requesting brochures will be sent to advertisers by email. These will be sent out every week . At periods of high demand, this will increase to daily. Details of the number of brochures requested will be provided. Emails and response information are to be handled by a specialist fulfilment company.
