Option 3—Accommodation Service

If you have a quality holiday accommodation that you would like to advertise on our site, you are most welcome.  Here's how it works:

• No booking percentages
• No commissions

Just £10 + VAT per accommodation establishment listing per year—THAT’S IT—NOTHING ELSE!

Either:

Destination Visitor Guide Originator’ - Supply images and copy for their own portfolio of accommodation providers (paying £10 for each establishment) - direct or via their agency, in one combined payment to cover all. Just register and log-in to member
services—choose the ‘multiple property’ submission option.

Alternatively, send the information on disc in the post and we’ll do it for you!

Or

Individual Accommodation Proprietors’ - participate yourself & pay direct – using online card payment facility— submit your own copy and images.

Here’s what you do—it’s really simple!
• Log in to the trade members area, sign-up and pay just £10 + VAT for the year.
• Upload an image of the exterior of the establishment—together with a picture of a typical room—dining area—plus up to two other related images
• Upload text including—title of establishment, description, full address, telephone, email, web contact details, price (incl VAT) for double and single room (indicate clearly if breakfast or meals are included). Quality in Tourism inspection rating (see www.qualityintourism.com) or equivalent (crowns/star etc).
• Up to 75-word description of facility (including facilities keys i.e. disabled access/No smoking throughout/tea and coffee/ dogs etc).
• Upload further text, giving greater detailed editorial - describing the convenience of location to local transport/
communications, nearby amenities, attractions and restaurants (approx 1000 words) - why come to you—what you have to offer?

Copy Requirements
• Good Digital Images 300ppi, size no greater than 1MB
• Text: TXT,RTF,DOC,PDF,Email Text
Copyright: Images must be free to be reproduced in all areas of the website, sales materials or in our Direct Mail publications (both printed and electronic). Digital media will not be returned unless requested.

What we will do/Terms and Conditions
• All submissions will be reviewed for content suitability. We retain all rights to refuse or determine suitability without liability or having to justify grounds for refusal. Payments for any unsuccessful submissions will be returned within 5-6 working days of receipt of cleared funds by post or credit via original payment method. Any editorial changes will be notified prior to publication & the member given the option for a refund. An element of editorial freedom to reposition
order of text and placement of submitted image is deemed to have been accepted by the submitting member. Order of appearance is at the sole discretion of the publisher. Every effort will be made to ensure that reproduction of submitted material remains accurate. It remains the responsibility of the member to check the final copy once published
and notify in writing immediately to rectify—paying particular attention to accuracy of contact information.
Members submitting a listing will have been deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions by submitting their listing and paying their fee.

• The submission will be added to the accommodation search facility for an initial period of 12 months.
• Visitors to the site can view all listed accommodation, obtain contact details to enable contact to be made direct with the accommodation provider.
• Members can log in to the members area and opt to update critical contact information or to remove the listing during the 12 month period.
• We take no responsibility for the content and accuracy of the ‘establishment’ description supplied by the member or for the service offered to those dealing direct with the accommodation provider using the contact information provided
