The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double on the ground floor with TV, en-suite shower room and WC, on the first floor there is 1 other double and 1 twin room both with TVs. The large galleried landing area offers a pull-out double futon (ideal for children), family bathroom with telephone style shower over and WC. The open-plan ground-floor with wooden flooring has a kitchen/diner with seating for 6, kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The comfortable lounge area has a large L-shaped sofa, plasma TV with Freeview and DVD. French doors lead from the lounge out onto a decked area with seating and BBQ. The garden offers a lawned area with views over the local countryside. 2 well behaved dogs welcome.
