The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms, most with fabulous views over the garden, out across the countryside and to the dramatic North Cornwall coastline: 1 master double featuring a superb handmade four-poster bed with en-suite shower room and WC, 2 further doubles both with en-suite shower rooms and WC (one of which also has a traditional roll top bath), 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom with corner bath, shower over and WC. Downstairs there is a further spacious shower room with WC. The property is entered via a tiled hallway that leads off to all the reception rooms including a cosy lounge with woodburner, SkyTV, DVD and video. Large farmhouse kitchen with Aga, electric oven, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table and many handy extras. Leading off from the kitchen is a utility room with Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Magnificent dining room with large table, open fire and a further seating area. Conservatory with soft seating, TV, DVD and PlayStation, leading out to the enclosed patio area with furniture and BBQ.
