1. Applications to become an ‘Accommodation Provider’ are valid after:
The terms and conditions have been agreed
The appropriate fee has been paid
The ‘Accommodation Provider’ appears within the accommodation search listings at our domains

2. The person, who agrees to these Terms and Conditions, certifies that he or she is authorised to agree them on behalf of the proprietor/owner of the accommodation establishment submitted for listing. The signatory must be over the age of 21 years of age. Applications cannot be accepted from anyone under the age of 21 years.

3. On receipt of a completed application, content will be checked & reviewed for suitability. We retain all rights to accept or reject applications without liability or having to justify grounds for such decision.

4. All applications submitted will receive an automated acknowledgement email confirming successful receipt of the application. These automated email responses will be sent to the submitting email address.

5. Applications will be checked to ensure they comply with the submission & copy requirements and that these can be clearly understood. Any alterations to copy will only be made after having notified the applicant. Should the applicant not agree with such alteration the application will be deemed ‘invalid’ and a full refund of the submission fee will made to the originating credit/debit card within 5-7 working days.

6. The payment card submitted for payment of the appropriate fee must be in the name of the applicant or in the name of the business submitting the application. 7. The advertising period and fee commencement date is the date on which the application is deemed to be valid and shall last a maximum period of 12 months before expiry. The full fee is payable before validation can take place. Should an application be deemed ‘invalid’, a full refund will become payable to the originating card within 5-7 working days of acknowledgement of receipt (see 4). The full fee is deemed ‘spent’ once validated. No pro-rata refunds will take place to any Applicant requesting removal before benefiting from the maximum period.

8. An accommodation provider may logon to the ‘member’s area’ and submit a request to remove an accommodation listing at any time after the date of validation. The full fee is assumed ‘spent’ and no pro-rata refund is due. The application and contract with the Accommodation Provider is deemed to have ended once the request to remove has been acted upon. Any request to re-submit must be made under a new application and the payment of the appropriate fee.

The applicant must tick the box on the application form box to confirm they have read and agree to these terms and conditions
